Aditya Wadhwa

Mr. Aditya Wadhwa is an alumnus of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and has over 15 years of experience in matters pertaining to Criminal Law including white collar crimes. Aditya specializes in criminal trials pertaining to the Enforcement Directorate, CBI, Prevention of Money Laundering, and other investigative agencies. Aditya has also served as the Chief Editor of the Wadhwa Law Chambers Guide to the PMLA and Proceeds of Crime. He extensively appears before various High Courts, Supreme Court, PMLA and trial courts across the country including Delhi NCR. In addition to his criminal law practice, Aditya is actively involved in handling complex commercial disputes, including arbitration proceedings and litigation arising out of contractual and business matters. He regularly advises and represents clients in high-value disputes before arbitral tribunals and courts. Aditya heads the Criminal Law, PMLA and white-collar crimes practice at WLC.
