Ms. Anandana Handa is an alumna of the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and has over 15 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to establishing her independent practice, Anandana worked with a former Additional Solicitor General of India, where she gained extensive experience in matters relating to criminal law, FEMA, PMLA, constitutional law, and taxation. She has also worked with a leading Delhi-based law firm, where she handled litigation pertaining to consumer disputes and insurance law, and was previously associated with a civil litigation chamber, where she gained significant experience in arbitration, consumer law, and property law matters. Anandana regularly appears before various courts and tribunals and advises clients on a range of civil and regulatory disputes. She also leads the firm’s matrimonial disputes practice, advising and representing clients in complex family law matters.
