Anirudh Wadhwa

Mr. Anirudh Wadhwa is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and the University of Oxford. He has over 17 years of experience in litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and advisory work. Prior to establishing his independent practice at WLC, Anirudh worked with Clifford Chance LLP at its London and Tokyo offices. He also worked with a prominent Senior Advocate based in Delhi, where he gained extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters before various courts and tribunals in India. Anirudh has ongoing engagements with the Law Commission of India and has made significant contributions to policy discussions relating to arbitration law, including the amendments to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as well as India’s Model Bilateral Investment Treaty framework.

He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Consumer Courts, as well as ad hoc and institutional arbitration tribunals.

Raghav Wadhwa

Mr. Raghav Wadhwa is a partner at WLC and supports the firm’s civil and commercial law practice as well as the intellectual property law practice. He is an alumnus of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Business Laws. Prior to studying law, Raghav completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Before establishing his independent practice at Wadhwa Law Chambers (WLC), Raghav worked with a leading counsel’s office in Delhi, where he gained extensive experience in civil and corporate litigation, property law, insolvency and bankruptcy law, arbitration, and company law matters. Raghav regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and other various High Courts across the country, representing clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes. Raghav cleared the New York State Bar Examination in July 2022, further strengthening his cross-border legal perspective and regularly advises international clients on litigations and contractual matters in India and abroad.

In addition to his litigation practice, Raghav also advises organizations and entrepreneurs on M&A strategy, contractual drafting, intellectual property matters, fund raising, and corporate governance issues. He serves as legal counsel to Profectus Ventures LLP, an investment partnership based in New Delhi with interests across private equity funds, startups, debt investments, and equity portfolio management services (PMS) funds.
